Now Hiring - Healthcare Director of Business Development in Austin, TX

Heavenly Care is a growing home care agency providing home health services to individuals that need care and want to stay at home. We are nationally recognized, have great Google reviews, and have been changing lives for the better since 2004.
The Director of Business Development will:

• Grow and maintain our service hours with a sales and marketing background
• Network in and around the Austin area
• Take inquiry calls, document, and follow up
• Conduct field assessments
• Use CRMs and various software systems
• Lead our business strategy and implement the strategy through multiple channels – in-person referral partner visits, on line chats/meetings, attending community events, and providing content to support our social media and web marketing initiatives.
• Create networking events to build relationships in the community that results in referral partnerships
• Timely conduct and document initial and annual assessments and assist with supervisory visits so all clients are visited at least once every 6 months or as needed
• Build our business so that more in need are served professionally with compassion

Requirements for the Director of Business Development:

• 2-4 years experience in marketing or sales, business development is part of sales
• Experience in home care, or healthcare
• Ability and experience driving revenue with a full understanding of ROI
• Valid transportation, TX DL and auto insurance
• Experience and proficiency in CRMs.
• Proficient in traditional and digital marketing capabilities
• Expert user in software programs including Microsoft Office and ability to learn quickly internal software platforms

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience writing educational content (we frequently post educational articles on our Blog)
• Understanding of social media to grow service areas including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• certification as a certified senior advisor (CSA), Aging Life Care Professional/Geriatric Care Manager, or Social Worker.
• Training in dementia care, TBI, mobility issues, or certification as a trainer or consultant.
• a certification as a certified senior advisor (CSA), Aging Life Care Professional/Geriatric Care Manager, or Social Worker.
• A bachelors degree
